Dear stranger.

Hello stranger,
I hear that you took whips and nails on your hands for me,
I hear that you wore a crown of thorns for me,
Hello stranger can you hear me?
You broke the bread and made it your body
Then you poured the wine and made it your blood
So that me, my sinful neighbour and the stingy rich man can be with your father,
And yet one of your twelve sold you for 30 pieces of silver,
Dear stranger I read that through you I can talk to our father directly,
And as I whisper "thy will be done as it is in heaven"
Which you taught the twelve,
Someone out there is busy stealing, killing or destroying.
Mr stranger.
A girl in my school claims how much she knows you and as I stand beside her,
I feel unworthy,
You know I wonder sometimes
How I make mistakes but you still forgive me,
Hymn 64 sings "WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS"
But usually I disappoint you and at that point I seem so not much of a friend.
Stranger I try so hard to be good enough,
But please don't judge us because life is tough,
Stranger would it be obsurd to say I love you?
Because sometimes I think of all you've done and I can't help but cry for you.
Finally, you came for us sinners and not the righteous.
As you have always been please stay by me and guide me.
